EXPORT OF CEREALS PROHIBITED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, SOFIA, June 8. The export of all cereals has been prohibited by Government decree, following the effect of a prolonged drought on the harvest. In the heat wave the temperature has reached 104 deg.
