In another radical adjustment of the N.R.A. philosophy an announcement y«s made to-day that all price fixing would be discontinued, except when the Administrator deemed that “a special emergency ” made it necessary. The decision conforms to the recommendation of Mr Clarence Harrow, a noted lawyer, which held that price fixing was monopolies to the detriment pf the small producers and consumers.
