MONACO DISPUTE
A SETTLEMENT PROBABLE PRINCE’S PROMISE TO PEOPLE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MONACO, April 2. (Received April d, at 1.20 p.m.) The dispute between Prince Louis and bis people seems almost settled. The Prince has promised that the municipal elections shall be held before Juno 1, to be followed by the National Council elections. French jurists will revise the Constitution, and consider the appointment of a. commission to assist the Prince in time of difficulty.—Australian Press Association-United Service.
