(Received April 2, at 10 a.m.) Winnipeg is about to realise hep fifty-year-old dream of her own seaport with the completion of the railwav to Fort Churchill on Hudson’s Bay. it is expected that 30,000,000 bushels of wheat will be shipped annually to Liverpool by this route during the three months in which the bay is sufhciently.free of icebergs to permit steamers to reach the Atlantic.— United Service.
