THEFT REPORTED THREE SUSPECTS SEARCHED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, VICTORIA (8.G.), March 29. (Received March 30, at 10 a.m.) Two men and 'one woman, third classpassengers by the Aorangi, were placed under technical arrest mi the arrival of a steamer heie cm cabled instructions from Australia. It is reported that they arc suspected ol having in their possession stolen naval plans. The greatest secrecy marked the investigations, which were made by Royal Canadian .Mounted Police and naval officers from tho Ksqnimalt naval station.
