ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS
A BROKEN LEG. J. C. M'Askill. second officer of the steamer Tees, sulfcrod a broken right leg last evening as the result, of slipping while jumping ashore from the vessel. He was admitted to the hospital. The Tees did not, .sail for Chatham Islands last evening.—Christchurch Press Association telegram.
