CHURCH HIGH COKKiSSIOHER (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, March 27. (Received March 23, at noon.) The King has approved of the appointment of the Duke of York to be Lord High Commissioner of the Church of Scotland, in succession to the Earl of Stair. In this capacity His Royal Highness will open the annual General Assembly of the Church of Scotland.
