Wallis’s subdivision in Morniiigton at auction last night. The five sections fronting Elgin road were sold as follow:—Lot 2, the corner section, to Air Thompson for £230; lot 3, to a client for £250; lot 4, to a client for £250; lots 5 and G, to Messrs O’Connell and Peterson for £250 each. The house at the corner of English avenue ami Crowe street was not sold. Sections 7 and 8 wero withdrawn from sale.
