TB-HiGHT’S HEW ZEALAND PROGRAMMES The vaudeville items at IVA, Auckland, this evening, which will comprise the programme till the dance music session commences at H.-30, will be provided by the Bohemian Duo. the Studio Orchestra, the Nifty Three, and the Tni Orchestra. This evening’s programme from 2VA, Wellington, will he of the iMial bright week-end type. The ‘ Alarch of the Tin Soldiers’ and ‘The Dance of the Lives,’ by Aloszkowski, will he tig? orchestra’s opening numbers: further orchestral items will include a xylophone solo, 1 William Tell ’ Overture (soloist, Mr L. Probert), a waltz suite (‘Vaises I’iqnantes and a musical comedy selection. The vocal section of the programme will be given by the .Melodic Lour, and humour by Air Arthur Chalk. Novelty piano solos will he played by Air .lames AlMxenzie. The Alelodie Lour, in addition In singing numerous solos, will sing throe concerted numbers, ‘Comrades in Arms,’ ‘Mosquitoes’ (by request), and a four-part arrangement of ‘ Jeanninc, I Dream of Lilac Time.' At 3YA, Christchurch, there will he another old-time concert, a two-hours’ vaudeville comprising music hall song' which were the rage ol the older generation. There will he much humorous dialogue inti'odnccd. The perlonneis will be the same “Revellers" who contributed a similar type of programme some weeks ago. which evoked praise from listener.'. It was an entertainment which appealed to all. Air Lester Muller (elocutionist I and Air Buster Brown (Scottish comedian) will provide; humour for -IVA to-night. It will he a good light programme of popular hits. TO-AIORROW'S PROGHAAIM LS. Church services will bo broadcast by the four stations on Sunday evening. During the service from Auckland the ‘ Crucifixion ’ will he rendered by the Beresford Street Congregational Church Choir, with Me-srs W. Cemmell and W. Liitler as soloist'. Studio concerts will he given later in the evening from Christchurch and Wellington, while, as' usual. -IVA will relay the SI. Kilda Rand items from the rotunda, at St. Kilda.
