_ DEATH FROM STARVATION. iSearl.v £do in hall-crowns' and florins was found in a sack belonging to Thus. Hazelwood, aged seventy-eight, who was stated at a recent inquest at Adderbury, England, to have died from privation and the effects of a fall. Neighbours often gave Hazelwood food, and, when he was taken ill, it was alleged, he refused, to see a doctor. When the doctor arrived at the man’s deathbed he found no bedclothes or .warmth in the house, and a subsequent seal eh "of the dwelling by the police revealed another £2O in notes and silver Hazelwood was stated to have possessed a strong will. A verdidt of death. from natural causes was recorded.
