City of Dunedin, hereby resolves so that this resolution may be submitted to a subsequent meeting of the Council for confirmation as a Special Order, as follows; That in pursuance of the provisions of Section 20 of “The Municipal Corporations Amendment Aci, 1928, it bo and is hereby resolved that the land described in the Schedule herein, the ownership of which is vested in the Council, be sold.
