BIG HANDICAP TO HISTORIC Tlie concluding day of Hie Manawaiu meeting was held in fine but dull weather. There was a good attendance, and the track was very soft. The totalizator handled for the _ day £33,134, compared with £35,147 for the concluding day last year.
