BOGUS CASH ORDERS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PERTH, December DO. Large frauds have been perpetrated on Perth shopkeepers during the holidays by, means of bogus cash orders purporting to have been issued by the Public Works Department. Small purchases wore made, and occasionally a large amount of cash in change was received. Jt is estimated that at least £1,201) was fraudulently obtained.
