A CONSPIRACY CHARGE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. BUDAPEST, December 28. Scbeyer and Dan, the leaders of tlie workers’ organisation known as tlie Fascist Association, who Mere arrested before Christmas on a charge ol collecting money for an illegal purpose, are now charged with conspiracy to foment rebellion and overturn the social order. Tho prosecution alleges that they wore preparing a most audacious plot for tlie purpose of capturing the whole Hungarian Government.
