MURDER AND SUICIDE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, December 28. Thomas Arblaster, a dairyman, to-day wished his housekeeper, Margaret Smith, a happy Now Year. He then fired a revolver, wounding her in the neck and shoulder, and turned the weapon on himself, falling dead. The motive is noi disclosed, but it is believed that Miss Smith refused to marry him.
