FURTHER ADVENTURES Picture patrons who will remember tho success in Dunedin of the British film masterpiece, ‘ The Flag Lieutenant,’ will be interested in the announcement by the Octagon Theatre that under its new policy, it has secured the second of this series, ‘ The Further Adventures of the Flag Lieutenant,’ for screening during the week commencing Friday ne.At. The latest attraction contains the original cast, with Henry Edwards as the flag lieutenant, who is attached to the Secret Service, and is responsible for unearthing a Bolshevist plot against the British Navy in Shanghai. China. Many thrilling scenes are shown, and the picture is described as being far nnre exciting and entertaining than its predecessors. The battleship Lion is again featured, together with hundreds of sailors and marines.
