CHRISTMAS IN RUSSIA
ANTi-GOD CAMPAIGN CARNIVALS AT COMMUNIST CLUBS ntssAssociation —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, December 26. (Received December 2S, at 10 a.m.) The Moscow correspondent of the ‘Daily News’ says'that the anti-God campaign included Christmas Eve carnivals at Communist clubs. The audi cnees, both boys and girls, were largely clothed in khaki uniforms at the Soviet’s expense, in readiness for a renewed war against the bourgeoisie. The remainder, friskily dressed, participated in fox trots, specially licensed as a counter attraction to midnight Mass, in a saloon decorated with sections of high explosive shells,, band grenades, machine guns, and charts showing the effects of poison gas.—United Service.
