NEGLIGENT DRIVING
[Phb United Phess Association.] CARTERTON, December 27. An inquiry was held in connection with alleged interference in the last race on the first day, and R. L. Kearns, the owner of Hardy Jack, .ns fined £3. Kearns was also severely cautioned for negligent driving, and was recommended by the stipendiary stewards to make nimself couveisant with tin? rules of trotting.
