(Received December 24, at 1 a.m.) Advices from India state that the Afghan Government has agreed to the British Air Force transporting British Indian women and children from the legation at Kabul. The Afghan legation in London reports the repulse of the rebels in the vicinity of, Kabul, thereby opening the roads and restoring road communication between Kabul and the British legation.
