The (inal meeting of the executive controlling the Taiori Aloutk Carnival nas held last night. The reports from the various sections showed that great enthusiasm prevails on all sides, and that the (pioen contest will be a closelinisli. The Stalls Committee reported that about twelve stalls in all will be housed in marquees, where visitors may purchase almost any and every requirement. The Dancing Committee b-s all arrangements complete for the cabaret to bo licit! each night in the hall, A Traffic Committee has been appointed to arrange (and care for) the parking of all cars. Last, but not least, will bo the crowning of the queen—a most spectacular ceremony. This will bo staged on two nights— January 1 and 2. Upwards of fifty persons will take part, and, under capable direction, promises to bo an outstanding event of ibo Christmas and New Year holidays.
