Followers of cricket .should witness an interesting mutch at Carisbrook on Tuesday aijfl Wednesday next, when tho Southland representative team will meet an Otago eleven. The visitors are sending a strong side. Their players have been showing fine form, and should put up a good game. The Otago team, which will bo captained by tho veteran Dick Torrance, consists of Colts who have been showing good form in local cricket. This match should give these young players some vauablo experience. 'Thu public aro advised that admission will bo by the Burns street gate only, and tho luncheon adjournment will he from 12.45 to 2.15.
