Indeed, I have mot a few of-the Ministers, and as far as I am able to gather , there are some progressive men, men of vision, and men who are prepared to do their job in the new Cabinet. Taken all round, the Ministerial team is a very fin© group of men, and wd can look to. them for the type of legislation for which New Zealand has been striving for many years.” ■
