SIX BEING BUILT IN BRITAIN (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright, RUGBY, December 19. (Received December 20, at noon.) Tho first pair of six Chilean destroyers—the Serrano and the Orella—are expected to proceed to their home waters shortly, and yesterday the mayor of Southampton presented tho two vessels with their ensigns.
