KARITANE CARNIVAL
On Wednesday and Thursday of next week a carnival and regatta will be held at Karitaue. Special excursion fares are provided on tiff railways, and an ideal holiday could he spent at this seaside resort. All the fmi of the car* nival can be enjoyed on Wednesday next, when water sports and children s events will be on the programme. Thursday, as regatta day, should be likewise' attractive, because, besides rowing, there will be outboard motor races and aqua-planing, also swimming and diving.
