UUNBDIX STOCK EXCHANGE. No business was transuded this morning. Bank of Australasias were asked for at the improved price of £l4 15s, and Union Banks were wanted at £ls 10s. Bank of .New Zcalands provided a buyer at 61s 3d, but there was no seller. National Insurance was ou oiler at 16s 4d, and Standard Insurance at 61s sd. Shipping shares provided no buyers, and 55s 6d was offered for P. and 0. Deferred Stock. The Belling quotation for Westport Coal Co. wae 50s 6d, and JDalgclys were wanted at £ls 4e 6d, hut failed to draw a selling quotation. Ilcfrigcraliiig shares have eased slightly, contributing shares being asked for at 9s Id, with sellers quoting 9s 6d. Drug Co. shares continue in firm demand, 72s being offered without result. New Zealand Breweries had rather a wide market, with a buyer at 57s and a seller at 58s. Mount Lyells were quoted ox div. of Is 6d, and were asked for at 57a 6d.
