Officials of the National City Bank, General Motors, Ford Motors Company, and the Standard Oil Company will he included in the board of directors. The new concern, which will merge the Pratt Whitney Aircraft Corporation, will be known as t the United Aircraft and Transport ’ Corporation.—Australian Press Association.
