(Received December 17, at 11.20 a.m.) In a copyright message from Deception Island, Sir Hubert Wilkins writes: The snow, sleet, ami rain have been unfavourable for an aerial expedition. ' The ceiling- is about 600 ft, whereas the plateau of Graham Island, which wo must cross is about 2,000 ft and studded with mountains reaching 6,000 ft.
