SIR ARCHIBALD SALVIDGE ' (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, December 12. Sir Archibald Salvidge, an outstanding figure in the public life of Liverpool for nearly forty years, and leader of the City Council, died last evening. He was a prominent organiser of Conservatism in the North of England.
