REPLY TO GERMAN ROTE (Bn'tinb Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, RUGBY, December 12. Received December 13, at noon.)' After an exchange of views between the interested Governments, the draft reply to the Gc-nmur Note of October 30, on the subject of setting up a committee to study reparation?, has been prepared. The British Government has informed the rfench Government that it agrees with the terms of this reply, on the assumption that it is approved by the other Governments, which, at Geneva, decided to set up a committee.
