DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. On (bo Dunedin Stock Exchange ibis morning a sale was reported of New Zealand Breweries debentures at 25s 9d, and a sale was recorded of Brewery shares at 57s 6d. Bank of Australasias were wanted at £l4 14s, and buyers offered 30s 6d for Commercial Banks, with a seller at 31s. Howard Smiths had a buyer at 24s 6d. P. and 0. Deferred Stock were wanted at 55a, and 20s was offered for Union Steams. There was a buyer for Gear Meat Co. shares at 42s 6d, and buyers are now offering 25s for Crystal 100 Co. shares without response from sellers. Kauri Timbers have a seller at 20s 6d without any buying quotation. Buyers were offering 20s for llcgent Theatres, Dunedin, sellers being prepared to accept 255. After a sale at 57s 6d the quotation for Brewery shares remained —buyers 57s 6d, sellers 57s 9d. For Brewery debentures 25s 8d was offered, but sellers were not prepared to accept under 265. Electrolytic Zinc preference shares wore wantd at 35s Bd, with sellers at 36s Bd. Mount Lyells had a buyer at 38s 6d, with the lowest seller at 59s 3d.
