(Received December 13, at 10.35 a.m.) Tho second disastrous fire within a fortnight broke out at Moree early this morning An hotel and nine business places wore destroyed. The owners of some of these were also victims of the fire on December 3. As tho result of the two fires half of the town is now destroyed.
