CHRISTCHURCH, March 2. < Joseph Rertram Neale, an accountant was lined £lO and costs lor negligently driving a motor car. This was a- sequel to an accident in Ferry road, where a motor cyclist was so injured that his leg had to be amputated. The speed of the car , was estimated at thirty-live miles an hour.
