Kennelly (Christchurch), £25, board owing; ‘Evening Star’ Company, Ltd., v. M‘Loan’s, Ltd., £O4 Is 3d, advertising account; Ford Motors (Dunedin). Ltd., v. Georgo Frederick Rowley (Macnndrew Ray), £2 12s, balance owing for goods sold; White and Co., Ltd., v. A. 0. Byrne (Masterton), £l2 Os 2d, rabbit traps supplied. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES.

On a judgment summons for £l7 Oi 9d issued by Albert Woolley, Ltd. (Auckland), H. Maddigan was ordered to pay the amount forthwith, in default eighteen clays’ imprisonment. D. Kemp was ordered to pay £8 5a forthwith to Watkins and Neilsen, Ltd., in default eight days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended so long as debtor pays 5s per week off the account. An order against Michael Helm (Ravensbournc) that lie pay £4 17s forthwith to W. A. Scott and Sons was issued. Default was fixed at five days’ imprisonment. On the application of Henry Yeoman (Alina, near Oamaru), Jack Styles was ordered to pay £8 lie 6d forthwith, in default nine days’ imprisonment. JUDGMENT STRUCK OUT. On the application of Ford Motors (Dunedin), Ltd., (Mr J. P. Ward), the judgment entered against William Green (Owaka) on Thursday last was struck out. It was explained that the amount claimed had been paid direct to the plaintiff company before the date of hearing of the case. After the magistrate had granted a re-hearing, Mr Ward applied for the case to be struck out, to which the magistrate gave his consent.
