M. Rebane, the Estonian Foreign Minister, in reply, expresses “the cordial thanks of the whole Estonian Nation for the powerful assistance given by your great country during our difficult days of struggle for independence, as well as our sincerest washes for the preservation and development of the cordial relations_ happily existing between our countries.”
