On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of Estonian independence Sir Austen Chamberlain has offered the Estonian Government sincere congratulation on the progress achieved by the country and the. best wishes for its increasing prosperity and peaceful development. M. Rebane, the Estonian Foreign Minister, in reply, expresses “the cordial thanks of the whole Estonian Nation for the powerful assistance given by your great country during our difficult days of struggle for independence, as well as our sincerest washes for the preservation and development of the cordial relations_ happily existing between our countries.”
