CALENDAR FOR OAHARU The quarterly sitting of the Supreme Court at oam lira commences on Wednesday next before His Honor Mr Justice Sim. CRIMINAL. The following cases have been set clown for trial: — John Guillemot, alleged indecent assault on a female. Frank 'Murray, alleged carnal knowledge (three charged), attempted carnal knowledge (one charge). Mary Jane Clark, alleged illegal operation and manslaughter. CIVIL CASES (Before the Judge and a Jury.) The Kurow Motor Garage and Service Co., Ltd. v. Winslcy Bros., alleged libel; damages £3OO. Munro v. Winsley Bros., alleged libel; damages £3OO. (Before His Honor the Judge alone.) Smart v. Chilcott, alleged seduction; damages £4OO. Martin v. Hall, alleged negligence in driving motor car; damages £3OB.
