Born twelve years ago without fingers or thumbs, Caroline Rivett, a Bermondsey schoolgirl, has learned to write and do fancy lettering and embroidery from her own original designs. At the next General Election it is expected that the number of women candidates will far exceed the thirtythree of the 1922 election. Already thirty-eight are jn the field.
