The North Island championships are to be held in Auckland, the dry weather making the Waikato Association courts at Hamilton unfit for play. Christchurch has the South Island championships. . . It is hoped to arrange for the visit of an English team to New Zealand. The profits on the French team’s visit were £3OO, half to go to the French Association. Ways and means are to be considered to foster lawn tennis in the schools.
