An Interim Dividend equal to 7s per share was paid on 30th September last, and 7s per share will bo payable on 30th March. A sum of £40,000 has been added to the Reserve Fund, making the tola! £5,850,000; £50,000 has been set aside to meet current commitments on account of bank premises and £139,567 18s lid is carried forward.
