SEARCH FOR LAUNCH
THE WORST FEARED (I’SR Ukitfu Punas Association.] GISBORNE. February 29. A message from Tokonmru Bay states that the Harbor Board’s launch Waima lias been searching yesterday and today for the missing launch, but without success. A message has been sent to places on the coast north and south of Tokonmru requesting that a careful watch he kept, though it is feared that the launch could hardly have weathered yesterday’s gale.
[Two men left Tokomaru Hay on Monday in a fishing launch, and have not boon sighted since.]
