CANADIAN SCHEME (British Official News.) Press Association—By Wireless—Copyright. RUGBY, February ‘id. (Received February 29, at noon.) The Canadian Government is extending its scheme for tbo establishment of Hying clubs in the dominion. Forty Do Haviland Moth light aeroplanes have already been delivered from England or are on order for the Government and ■ private enterprise m Canada, and the Canadian Government has ordered another twenty machines for new flying clubs.
