LONDON, February 28. (Received February 29, at 12.10 p.m.) The agenda paper of the Independent Labor Party Conference at Norwich on April 7 includes resolutions favoring a. six-hour day in the nationalised coal industry, a living wage for all workers, the ratification of the Washington Honrs’ Convention, training schemes for land workers desiring work in England and abroad, arbitration in international disputes, a compulsory AngloAmerican arbitration treaty, also condemning the Government support of films glorifying war.—A. and N.Z. and ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
