UNEASY RAILWAYMEN
SAFETY OF MARSHALLING YARD [Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, February 28. The safety of the working conditions of tho new railway marshalling yard at Middleton will be investigated when the inquest touching the death of Horace Gordon Grose, a shunter, is resumed. In tho meantime considerable uneasiness is stated to be felt by the men cmployedj.it the yard, and the manner in which some of them are carrying out their duties has been described by officials as a form of passive resistance.
