FIRE IN AUCKLAND
SHDP STOCK DAMAGED PICTURE SHOW INTERRUPTED [Pzii United Truss Association.] AUCKLAND, February 28. A fire in the premises of Messrs Hart Bros., Ltd., in Queen street, at 10 o’clock last night, caused damage ot several hundred pounds to the stock of clothing, fancy goods, haberdashery, toys, etc. Tho building iviis xindnni*' ftgod. Clouds of smoke and the interruption of the electric light circuit and the proximity of the fire caused an early termination of the session at the Strand Picture Theatre, though at no time was there any danger from the firo.
