SATRAP’S ENGAGEMENTS (.Special to xhb ‘Stab.’] CH RISICHURCH, February 27. ■Satrap is booked for the trip to Trentham to contest the New Zealand St. Leger, and possibly the Trentham Gold Cup. So far as the St. Leger is concerned, the opposition looks like being decidedly weak, and the Paladin gelding appears to have a royal chance of success, as in his recent races he has shaped like a stayer. In the Tronthain Gold Cup lie will encounter some much better-class horses. Satrap also claims an engagement in the Great Northern St. Leger, and if he gets through his Trentham programme satisfactorily probably will make the (trip to Auckland for Easier.
