AUSTRIA m ITALY ADMINISTRATION OF SOUTH TYROL LONDON, February 25. A storm is blowing up between Austria and Italy. A fierce controversy, culminated in a debate in the Austrian Chamber, when a Tyrol member, with unanimous approval, indicted in a lengthy address, the Italian administratiou of the South Tyrol, in which there aro 200,000 Germans. _ He and others made amazing allegations of the illtreatment of German women as well as men, the breaking up of homes, and the denial of free speech. Dr Seipel (Minister of Foreign Affairs) said; “The state of _ affairs weighs on my heart, but Austria must rely on the opinion of the world, for eho is powerless.” ITALIAN MINISTER RECALLED. ROME, February 25. The ‘Giorna d’ltalia ’ says that Signor Mussolini has decided to recall the Italian Minister from Vienna. Meantime, two deputies have presented a question in the Chamber, wherein allusion is made to a campaign of lies in responsible quarters in Austria. AUSTRIA’S ATTITUDE. ROME, February 25. Signor Auriti, the Italian Minister in Vienna, lias arrived for tho purpose of enabling Signor Mussolini to learn more precisely the attitude of Austria.
