INDUSTRIAL PEACE CONFERENCE DELEGATES TO BE APPOINTED. Proas Asiociation —By Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, February 25. (Received February 25, at 10.5 a.m.). Tho Autralasian Council of Trades Unions acceded to the request of Mr of Mr Bruce to appoint delegates to tho Peace Conference, under certain specified conditions. These include the remodelling of the whole system of representation at the conference, and the withdrawal of the proposed amendments to the Arbitration Act.
