SYDNEY, February 24. (Received February 21, at 10.35 a.m.) Tho Hoods at Nyngan are receding, and ideal weather prevails. The river is still rising slowly, but a feeling of easiness pervades the town, although further rises of the river are anticipated when the drift in the upper reaches arrives at Nyngan. The town is now considered out of danger.
