ASSEMBLAGES OF NATIVES ILLEGAL

AN ORDINANCE PASSED

APIA, February 22. An ordinance has been passed making illegal the wearing of a uniform known to bo representative of seditious organisations. Assemblages of natives in outside villages or in Apia, without proper reasons, arc also declared illegal. Pending tho proclamation of the ordinance, no steps will be taken against the Man police force, which is still parading the town.
