The election returns show that, the Minseiio Party gained "JIB seats, tho Seiqukni Party 216, Labor 8. and oilier parties 22. The official figures have not yet been published.
MINISTERIAL CRISIS EXPECTED
TOKIO, February 2d. The election;, having resulted practically in a tie between the two main parties, a Ministerial crisis is almost a certainty. Meantime both parties nro trying to gain the support of the Independents and the Laboritcs. The elections passed off quietly, though they provoked groat popular interest.
