COURT OF INQUIRY'S FINDING ROME, February 22. [The Italian liner I’rincipessa Mafalda, of Genoa, foundered 130 miles south-east of Bahia on October 25. The ship carried 1,600 passengers, many being emigrants for the Argentine, and there was a heavy loss of life.]
